Robella Jewellery is not liable for delays, loss, or damage once the parcel has been handed to the courier, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws. -
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking updates for each shipment where applicable.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us at robellaza7@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier. Resolution timelines are subject to the courier’s process.
