Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene considerations, product handling requirements, limited-run inventory, and supplier fulfilment processes, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

the wrong item was received,

the item arrived materially damaged,

or the order cannot be fulfilled.

To request assistance, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs and order details.
Refunds, reversals, or cancellations will not be issued for:

delayed deliveries still in transit, minor variations in colour or appearance, customer preference changes, incorrect address submissions, refused deliveries, or delays outside of Robella’s control.
Robella reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund where applicable.
